Accessibility standard
Velvkey uses WCAG 2.2 Level AA as its product target where applicable. Velvkey focuses on semantic structure, visible focus, descriptive labels, sufficient contrast, responsive text, and access to essential actions without requiring hover.
Testing
Accessibility review combines automated checks with keyboard walkthroughs, responsive visual inspection, and route-level tests. Velvkey reviews new and materially changed interfaces before release.
Compatibility
Velvkey is intended to work with current standards-based browsers, browser zoom, operating-system text scaling, keyboard navigation, and commonly used screen-reader combinations. Older browsers, browser extensions, or third-party destinations may behave differently. Essential public information should remain available without relying only on color, animation, hover, or precise pointer movement.
Third-party services
Velvkey cannot control the accessibility of independently operated destinations. A third-party link may lead to a service with different accessibility features and support practices.
Ongoing improvements
Velvkey prioritizes barriers that prevent navigation, reading, comparison, or use of essential controls. Accessibility standards and this statement may be updated as the service changes.
Report an accessibility barrier
Email support@velvkey.com with the Velvkey URL, the task you were trying to complete, the barrier you encountered, and, when useful, your browser and assistive technology. Do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Response and alternatives
Velvkey reviews reported barriers, prioritizes failures that block essential tasks, and may ask for enough detail to reproduce the issue. When a prompt technical fix is not available, Velvkey will make a reasonable effort to provide the affected public information in an accessible alternative format.
