Site owners and authorized representatives may request factual updates, document ownership claims, and provide authoritative sources for a Velvkey profile. Every request is reviewed under the same editorial standards.

Send requests from an official-domain email to corrections@velvkey.com.

Do not send passwords, account credentials, private customer records, explicit media, or confidential commercial terms unless Velvkey specifically requests a secure method for a defined review purpose.

Correction requests

Include the exact public page and field that needs review.
Provide an official source URL when possible.
Flag time-sensitive billing, safety, or ownership changes.
Use an official-domain email when claiming provider authority.

Source review

Velvkey evaluates submitted evidence before changing published facts or score inputs.

Submissions do not change public pages automatically.
Conflicting reliable sources may be disclosed as uncertainty.
Accepted updates retain source and review-date context.
Velvkey may ask for authority or ownership verification before acting.

Independence rule

Commercial conversations and correction requests are handled separately. Neither changes editorial scoring standards.

Affiliate approval does not improve a public rating.
Commercial arrangements do not override editorial standards.
Published changes require reliable supporting evidence.
