Velvkey content
Velvkey uses original editorial work, clean generated illustrations, reviewed brand identifiers, and limited factual references to third-party products. Ownership of third-party names, marks, and materials remains with their respective owners. Their use does not imply sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation.
Reporting a concern
A copyright report should include a physical or electronic signature; identify the protected work; identify the exact Velvkey URL and material at issue; provide the reporter's contact information; and explain the basis on which the reporter is authorized to act. It should also state that the reporter has a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized and that, under penalty of perjury, the report is accurate and the reporter is authorized to act for the owner.
Review process
Velvkey may remove or restrict material while reviewing a credible report. The review may consider authorship, ownership, license, fair-use principles, attribution, source records, and any response from the affected party. Velvkey may restore material when the report is withdrawn, the rights issue is resolved, or the available evidence supports restoration. Repeated credible issues involving the same source or supplier may cause Velvkey to stop using material from that source.
Response and restoration requests
A person whose material was removed or restricted may respond with the exact Velvkey URL, identification of the affected material, contact information, and reliable evidence of authorization, license, ownership, public-domain status, or another lawful basis for the use. Velvkey may share the substance of a report or response with the affected party when reasonably necessary to evaluate the dispute, subject to privacy and safety limits.
Accuracy and misuse
Reports and responses must be accurate and submitted in good faith. Do not knowingly misrepresent ownership, authorization, the material at issue, or another party's identity. Velvkey may reject incomplete, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe submissions and may request additional verification before changing published material.
Third-party services
Velvkey generally links to, rather than hosts, destination content. A concern about material hosted by another service should also be directed to that service. Velvkey will separately consider whether its own link, description, or preview should remain available.

Email reports to legal@velvkey.com. This address accepts Velvkey's voluntary copyright-review process. Velvkey has not designated it as a Digital Millennium Copyright Act agent address, and acceptance of a report through this channel does not represent that a statutory notice-and-takedown procedure applies.
