Acceptance of these Terms
By accessing or using Velvkey, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from them. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You may use Velvkey only if you can form a binding agreement under the law that applies to you.
Adult eligibility and lawful access
Velvkey covers adult-market products and may link to adult destinations. You may use Velvkey only if you are at least 18, are an adult under the law that applies to you, and may lawfully access this subject matter in your location. You are responsible for complying with local access restrictions.
The Velvkey service
Velvkey provides independent reviews, rankings, comparisons, search, methodology, and related editorial information. Public use does not currently require an account, and Velvkey does not currently host public comments, user uploads, purchases, or subscriptions.
Velvkey may add, change, correct, suspend, or remove features or editorial material. Availability may differ by location, device, or legal requirement.
Editorial information and estimated scores
Reviews reflect Velvkey's editorial judgment based on the sources, observations, confidence, and methodology available at the time of review. A Velvkey Score and its estimated range are editorial estimates, not certifications of quality, safety, legality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Information may become incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Velvkey does not guarantee a third party's current price, promotion, content, availability, ownership, policies, security, or performance. Confirm material terms directly with the relevant service before purchasing, registering, or sharing information. Velvkey content is general editorial information, not professional advice or a substitute for reviewing a provider's current terms.

Third-party services
Third-party destinations are independently operated and governed by their own terms, privacy practices, prices, billing rules, content standards, eligibility requirements, and dispute processes. Velvkey does not control those services and cannot create, cancel, refund, or manage a third-party account, subscription, purchase, or charge. You access a third-party service at your own discretion and risk.
Affiliate links and editorial independence
Velvkey may earn a commission from some outbound links. Affiliate status does not influence how a product is scored, ranked, recommended, published, or presented in search. Additional information appears in the Affiliate Disclosure.
Acceptable use
- Do not violate applicable law or another person's rights.
- Do not disrupt, attack, probe, bypass, or misuse the service or its security controls.
- Do not scrape or access the service at abusive or unauthorized volume.
- Do not submit unlawful, deceptive, infringing, malicious, or unsafe material.
- Do not use Velvkey to facilitate exploitation, trafficking, non-consensual intimate material, or an illegal sexual service.
- Do not misrepresent a source, correction, ownership claim, identity, or commercial relationship.
- Do not use Velvkey branding or editorial work in a way that implies authorization, endorsement, or sponsorship.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Velvkey's original text, design, software, scoring displays, organization, and branding are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names, marks, and materials remain the property of their respective owners.
Subject to these Terms, Velvkey grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the public service for personal and lawful business research. This permission does not allow republication, resale, removal of notices, creation of a competing dataset, or automated extraction outside ordinary search-engine indexing permitted by Velvkey's published crawler controls. Corrections and feedback
If you send a correction, suggestion, or other feedback, you represent that you have the right to provide it and grant Velvkey a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, adapt, and publish that material as reasonably necessary to review the submission, improve the service, and update editorial records. This does not transfer ownership of your pre-existing material. Do not submit confidential information unless Velvkey has expressly agreed to receive it in confidence.
Enforcement and access restrictions
Velvkey may investigate suspected misuse and may restrict or block access, preserve relevant evidence, or cooperate with lawful authorities when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, third parties, or legal rights.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvkey is provided "as is" and "as available." Velvkey LLC disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or complete. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Velvkey LLC and its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to Velvkey or a third-party destination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the aggregate liability of those parties for claims arising from or related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid directly to Velvkey LLC for the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US $100. These limits do not apply to liability that applicable law does not permit the parties to limit.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Proceedings may be brought in a state or federal court in Arizona that has jurisdiction.
If you are a consumer, this section does not deprive you of mandatory protections or a right to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction that cannot lawfully be waived under the law that applies to you. These Terms do not require arbitration, waive participation in a class proceeding, or shorten a limitation period supplied by applicable law.
Electronic communications
When you contact Velvkey electronically, you consent to receive responses and notices electronically at the address you used, subject to applicable law. You are responsible for keeping that address secure and for preserving notices you need. This consent does not enroll you in marketing communications.
General terms
These Terms and the policies they incorporate are the entire agreement between you and Velvkey LLC concerning the public service. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the greatest lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign your rights under these Terms without Velvkey LLC's written consent. Velvkey LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a reorganization, merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or operation of the service by a successor, subject to applicable law.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after use of the service ends—including intellectual-property, disclaimer, liability, dispute, and enforcement provisions—survive to the extent permitted by law. These Terms create no third-party beneficiary rights.
Changes, notices, and contact
Velvkey may update these Terms as the service or legal requirements change. The release information above identifies the current version. Revised Terms apply prospectively when posted unless applicable law requires additional notice or consent. Continued use after revised Terms take effect constitutes acceptance where that form of acceptance is permitted by law.
