AI systems may help organize source material, extract structured facts, compare records, and prepare editorial drafts. Material facts are evaluated against source evidence before publication.
Limits on AI use
AI output is not treated as a source, a legal conclusion, a safety certification, or proof that a product claim is true. Velvkey does not use AI to personalize public rankings to an identified visitor or to make a legal or similarly significant decision about a public visitor. Unsupported or unverifiable output is excluded.
Scores and estimated ranges
Velvkey's proprietary scoring model uses defined editorial criteria and AI-assisted analysis to evaluate reviewed evidence, including how complete, reliable, and current it is. The displayed score is Velvkey's best current estimate. The range shows how much that estimate may reasonably vary when evidence is incomplete, conflicting, or changing. Affiliate economics are not scoring inputs.
Generated illustrations
Some clean editorial illustrations may be computer-generated. A generated person is a synthetic creative element, not a claim that a real person uses, endorses, or appears in the reviewed product. Generated media must comply with the Content Policy.
Editorial accountability
Velvkey is responsible for the material it publishes. AI output may be revised, rejected, or removed when it lacks reliable support, conflicts with policy, or does not meet editorial standards. Human review remains responsible for publication, corrections, and application of the public scoring methodology.
