Legal and policy questions
Email legal@velvkey.com for privacy, copyright, terms, content-policy, or federal-records questions. Identify the relevant Velvkey URL, the requested action, and any supporting documentation.
Legal notices and confidential information
Email is not a guaranteed confidential or secure channel. Do not send passwords, access codes, payment credentials, government identification, illegal material, or unnecessary sensitive information. Sending a message does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, or other professional relationship. Velvkey may require identity, authority, service, or document verification before treating a message as a formal legal notice.
General and accessibility support
Email support@velvkey.com for general help or to report an accessibility barrier. Velvkey does not currently provide user subscriptions or billing support.
Destination support
Questions about a reviewed service's account, charge, cancellation, privacy practices, or content must be directed to that service or its payment processor. Velvkey cannot access or modify third-party accounts.
Urgent matters
Velvkey email channels are not emergency services and are not monitored continuously. Contact local emergency services for an immediate threat to life or safety. A credible report of unlawful material or an active security incident should identify the exact Velvkey URL and describe the risk without attaching illegal material or secrets.
