Clean-content standard
- No nudity or graphic sexual imagery.
- No explicit video, animation, audio, or destination previews.
- No scraped adult screenshots or unauthorized promotional media.
- No public uploads, comments, or sexual-content submissions.
Adult audience
Velvkey is intended for adults who may lawfully access adult-market information in their location. A link from Velvkey may lead to an independent service with different content, eligibility, privacy, and age-assurance practices.
Prohibited content
Velvkey prohibits content that depicts, sexualizes, targets, or appears to represent a minor. The prohibition applies to photographs, video, illustrations, generated media, manipulated media, labels, and descriptive copy.
Material with ambiguous age presentation or minor-coded themes is not eligible for publication.
Velvkey also prohibits material that promotes or facilitates sexual exploitation, trafficking, coercion, an illegal sexual service, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes of an identifiable person, or credible threats of sexual violence. Content is held or removed when legality, consent, age, or rights cannot be established with sufficient confidence.
Real-person media
Clean photographs of identifiable adults may be used only when Velvkey has documented the rights required for the intended context, including applicable copyright, privacy, publicity, and personality rights. Each image must also be visually reviewed and presented without implying that the person is a creator, performer, customer, or endorser of a reviewed service. Velvkey does not publish imagery when age presentation is uncertain.
Synthetic media
Computer-generated people may appear only in clean, non-explicit editorial illustrations. They must present unambiguously as adults and must not imitate an identifiable person without authorization. The same prohibition on minor and minor-coded material applies to generated and real-person media. See the AI Disclosure.
Enforcement
Velvkey may decline, hold, remove, or restrict any material that conflicts with this policy, presents a safety concern, lacks reliable provenance, or creates an unacceptable legal or privacy risk. A commercial relationship, source request, or prior publication does not override a safety hold.
Velvkey may preserve limited evidence, contact an affected provider or rights holder, and refer a credible imminent-safety or unlawful-content concern to an appropriate authority when reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
Reporting a concern
Email legal@velvkey.com to report a concern about material published by Velvkey. Include the exact Velvkey URL, a clear description of the concern, and any supporting source or documentation. Do not send illegal material, explicit media, government identification, passwords, or unnecessary personal information; describe the material and provide a lawful source or preservation reference instead.
