BangBros' public support documentation is most useful as a guide to what happens after a purchase: how recurrence works, where to cancel and what proof to keep. It does not establish the currently selected price or entitlement. In this September 29 inspection, a terms-entry overlay covered the public offer table and was not accepted. The retained 9.5 assessment remains dated September 11, 2026; the policy refresh neither changes that score nor newly verifies member delivery.

Stopping renewal and obtaining money back are separate decisions. The billing guide describes cancellation confirmation, while the terms retain liability through effective termination and rule out ordinary prorated credits for partly used memberships. Refund requests have different submission windows for cards and alternative methods, remain subject to discretion and technical feasibility, and return through the original payment method. Retain the original receipt, the selected-plan notice and the confirmation rather than relying on generic trial language.

The privacy notice also deserves more weight than a reassuring footer. It expressly permits sharing for specified purposes, targeted advertising and pseudonymized session recording, and describes AI-related uses and support processing. These disclosures contradict a blanket no-third-party-sharing sentence on the support page. Cookie controls, processor-held card details and conditional deletion rights do not mean anonymous browsing or immediate erasure, and none of those outcomes was tested here.
